Rules to Live By
God has His eye on you. Be careful not to offend Him.
Take not the Lord's name lightly. It is He you seek assistance from. Keep His praise ever on your lips. It opens Heavens doors. Study His word. The truth is worth knowing. Search out His will and obey it. Disobedience isn't worth the price. Work earnestly at the task given you. He gives credit for honest effort. Consider carefully your time. He will want an accounting. Mind what you spend your money on. It wasn't given you to waste. Remember to thank Him. It is He that provides for you. Consider the souls of others. Christ's blood was not shed for you alone. Help those who you can. Christ went about helping those around Him. Christ is returning soon. Best He not catch you napping. Be not unjustly critical of others. Jesus is perfect, not you. Speak the truth with kindness. It's easier to fix what you haven't broken. Watch your words carefully. By them you can build or destroy. Distribute His love generously. It pays dividends when you give it away. Physics is relative. Truth is not. (No, Eistein did not say otherwise nor was he pleased by the misrepresentation.) Stand up for what you believe or the freedom to express those beliefs will be taken away. |
